I don't care really if it isn't anytime soon. But finding Apiallo is hard. You would probably have to meet with Maira (she is the only one who really knows where he is), and then spend some time like reading old texts with riddles in them. It would take time, so if Apiallo is going to have a rider anytime soon, he needs to get one quickly.
