Appearance: Rowen stands at 5 foot three inches tall. Rowen wears a brown cloak over his raggedy clothes in which he wears to disguise himself from being a Dragon Rider. Like all Dragon Rider's Rowen has the Gedwëy Ignasia, or "shining palm", on his Hand given to him by his Dragon Jiyat. Rowen also has a large scar across his chest which he hot in a fight with Galbatrorix the day of The Fall when he betrayed all the other dragon riders Rowen faced him in a duel on top of a tower but Jiyat destroyed the tower ending it in a draw, Rowen also received a scar across his right eye during the battle. Rowen has his hair long and his hair is brown and his eyes are blue. Rowen also has two marks one on his back and one on his arm both burn marks both shaped oddly by a dragon Rowen does not know how this happened.
RP Example: Rowen held his bow in his hand and fired at a dear killing it. Rowen was one of the last dragon riders he had hidden during The Fall and also sent his dragon Jiyat away. Rowen did not want to lose Jiyat he was his best friend and Rowen had been the youngest Dragon Rider before they were betrayed by Galbatorix. Rowen walked over to the deer he had killed and put it on his shoulder and walked back to his small cabin in a forest overlooking Carvahall. This way Rowen could keep an eye on the town and Rowen was considered a crazy old hermit.
Rowen walked inside his cabin and put the dear over the fire to cook it. He then went outside with a bucket to get his daily water. Rowen had only communicated with Jiyat but had not seen him in a very long time. Rowen missed the old days where people did not live in fear. Rowen sat down at his desk and drank a goblet of water. Rowen glanced up at a shelf where his sword was and sighed.

Personality: Rowen is a stubborn old man that is in hiding from Galbotorix. Rowen keeps on going everyday knowing there to be hope for a day when Dragon Riders will come back. Rowen talks to know one but his dragon, Jiyat. Rowen trains three times a day with a wooden staff and is also a very experienced hunter. Rowen has learned to survive in the forest but he is thinking of leaving to go to the Varden. Rowen is also strong and wise for his age and knows many magic spells and can speak the ancient language. Rowen also has a strong knowledge of how to fight with a dragon rider sword although he has become rusty because has not used a sword in awhile he still is capable of handling a sword. Rowen is a good tracker and can track people from miles away just by smelling a piece of their clothing, Rowen has a good sense of smell because of this.
